I had to edit the review I wrote a few months ago. Even though the location and quality-price ratio is good, it’s a common feeling that recently residents at Hartley Hall have been feeling down with management since the quality of the services provided have been at their greatest, leading to an increase in dissatisfaction. I hope that in the next few months I’ll be living here we keep the quality of service as expected.
