Great service from Hartley Boat Chandlery. I snapped the tiller extension on my Phantom so ordered a replacement C2 Nitestick. When this was not available because C2 were not making them Hartley swapped my order for an Allen alternative and were very helpful with my UJ concerns. They also understood the urgency so that I could go out sailing this weekend. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service - I was looking for a second hand Byte for my daughter and Hartley Boats tailored a boat and rig to suit her perfectly and a very reasonable price. The service on collection was excellent - lots of great advice and help with loading the boat for the journey home. The boat was perfectly rigged and ready to go. My daughter loves the boat and the set up Hartley Boats provided for us - could not recommend them enough.
