Disgusted and furious that despite the chapel of rest being in the funeral bond and funeral confirmation that i had been asked to come back later as they had no record in the diary that the chapel of rest was required. It is hard enough to lose a loved one without you making unnecessary mistakes and having the audacity to say " we have been very busy ".
