Absolutely disgraceful the way we have been treated. My Nan and Grandads stone was fully paid for in January 2019 after my Nan passed away in the July Of 2018. I know you have to allow 12 months for ground to settle which is fair enough but we are way past this now. We were promised and promised it would be on last week and nothing so numerous calls were made due to it being my Grandads birthday this week and Mother’s Day also this week. Again we were promised it would be on for Mother’s Day well guess what...tomorrow is Mothers day and STILL NO STONE!!!! They are now closed until after Mother’s Day so nothing can be done. Quick enough having the money off you. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Absolute disgrace!!! Don’t make promises you cannot deliver on!
