I had the pleasure of meeting Marcus yesterday for the first time and I’m so pleased I did! Not only did he listen and understand my shock of having to rely on equipment to be mobile (recent broken foot) I found Marcus to be so informative, supportive and honest. I decided to purchase one of his very comfortable and well made wheelchairs (he also hires these out too) Not at anytime did he try to sell us anything! Marcus is honest, not-salesy, and possesses a brilliant understanding of the equipment most suitable for your needs. Due to foot/ankle injury my wife needed a wheel chair in order to keep mobile and independence. Marcus was fantastic, talked us through our options (hiring/buying) discussed the equipments pros/cons and never tried to 'up sell' he is a genuine good-guy and I am happy to recommend Hart2Hart and Marcus in the highest of terms. Exactly the person you need to speak with when you do not understand your loved ones needs. Keep up the great work Marcus you are a star!

After reading the reviews on Marcus's shop. I phoned straight away, stating I'd broken my pelvis and was in need of getting around my flat independently. He kept his promise and delivered a trolly to me the next day. I've just drank my morning tea infront of the TV for the first time since the break 😁 I'm very glad I found his shop, its saved my sanity and I've managed to keep my independence Marcus has great empathy and understood my frustrations. The prices are very fair and it was clear to see why he chose this line of work. I will definitely help refer anyone to his shop if they needed help /support moving around Thank you so much for saving me at this time.
