For a new building it’s not in the best shape… old gym equipment that is always breaking and takes forever to be fixed. Not to mention the lack of cleaning in this place, gym changing rooms/showers are disgusting (take your sliders unless you want pubes between your toes…) For £10 a week not too bad but please put a mop round each evening, Jesus! Staff seem very uninterested and will often carry on chatting before acknowledging you at desk. Very generous 3 stars…

Not very accessible, you are unable to open the wide gate yourself with card so if you have a pram or wheelchair prepare to queue every visit to wait for the one receptionist to open the gate for you.

Had a horrible experience on 22/04 in the morning. Super rude and had a horrid attitude when I queried about membership prices. Wish I could provide less than 1 stars, customer service really isn't hard regardless how awful you feel

I went to Hart Leisure centre this morning and was totally put off ever going there again due to the woman working there being extremely unwelcoming & miserable.

Woman at front desk unfortunately had a bad attitude, made no attempt to show us around the gym and made us feel unwelcome. When asking about specific gym equipment she laughed and turned away. Needs better customer service skills if you want new and expanding clientele

22/4 Morning. Never been to this gym before and tried a day pass. Lady who was the only member of staff was very rude and miserable. Not the best impression when thinking of joining! There was no show around or any warm welcoming. Even when leaving the lady was very rude to both my partner and I and made us feel like an inconvenience.
