I’ve just completed my level 2 mental health awareness certificate through hart learning and development, I really enjoyed this course and learned a great deal about many aspects of mental health, a big thank you to my tutor Rachel Woolner, who is an excellent tutor and has been very supportive throughout the course, and also to Satnam Panesar my learning support, I appreciate you both also thanks to hart learning and development I now hope to complete more certificates with you guys.

I signed up for the level 3 team leader apprenticeship in October 2020. I was assigned an amazing tutor LOUISE FOSTER. Louise was amazing, she was friendly yet professional and ensured i was comfortable with all my course work. She explained everything in full to gauge my full understanding. I had the security that Louise was always at the end of the phone for me to help and assist when needed. I passed my apprenticeship with a distinction which i was very shocked and happy with, this is all thanks to my amazing tutor and also with the extensive help from my store manager Jill Elliot. I you are thinking of doing your apprenticeship then DO IT it teaches you so much more than you think you know and secondly i would recommend choosing LOUISE as your tutor (if you have the option). Thank you again LOUISE, you are amazing.

I had a great experience completing my level 4 apprenticeship. During the 12 months I changed a couple of times between Steve and Nicola which I was initially concerned about. This made no difference at all regarding the support that I was shown and coaching that I received. Although the course is self driven, both were on hand to challenge, stretch and support me giving me the best experience of completing the course within the time frame. Thanks again for your support and would recommend this course to anyone who's looking to develop themselves.

I done my level 3 retail management with Aaron Hunter. When I started this course we had to do our work at home due to Covid 19 at first it was a bit strange but I soon got use to it. I didn't have any experience with writing essays with the help of Aaron I now feel like I can do this in the correct way. When I started I was convinced that I wouldn't be able to finish this course but everytime I had a bad day or felt like giving up Aaron was there to offer support nothing was to much trouble I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to better themselves or to further their career.

Everyone I had contact with at Hart were fabulous, offering the right level of support and challenge to enable me to get through the entire program, especially during those times I was lacking in motivation. I have learnt a huge amount and am glad I have a recognised qualification to demonstrate my commitment. P.S. Simon Pell is an awesome guy, if you get him at your tutor you are on the home straight!
