By far the worst company I have ever worked for. Majorly unprofessional, the company is being ran by a man who has no idea what he’s doing, micromanaging all employees whilst treating them with no respect instead of running the business correctly. Cuts costs wherever he can instead of supplying a quality product to the customer. Provides no training or product knowledge to new members of staff then sends people to do jobs they have never done. Does not honour contractually agreed pay rises and also refuses to pay wages for working a week of notice which included overtime. The company should have a revolving door on the front for the amount of employees that have joined and left during my short period at the company because of how badly ran it is.
