Pretty awful overall. Quoted an approximate price but told the taxi would be on meter, also requested a 6 seater taxi all pre-booked. Company sent out a four seater taxi which then left two people stranded at a venue searching for a lift. Then upon the rest of us arriving at our destination the driver realised that the approximate price was higher than his meter and decided that we would pay that instead. I'm certain had the meter been above the quoted price that we would have been told that we had to stick to the meter...
