What qualifications do your staff members have to work with children?

Our staff members who work with children have various qualifications depending on their roles. Our Children's Home staff members are required to have at least an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent, while our School Administrators and Social Workers have relevant degrees and certifications. All staff members who work with children are also required to undergo stringent background checks and regular training to ensure they are equipped to provide the best care possible.

Are there any eligibility requirements or restrictions for receiving services at your Veterans Center?

Yes, there are eligibility requirements for receiving services at our Veterans Center. Veterans must have served in the British Armed Forces and meet certain criteria set by the Veterans Affairs Department. This includes having a service-related injury or illness, being in need of rehabilitation or ongoing care, and meeting certain age and residency requirements. Our staff can provide more information and assistance with determining eligibility.

How do you ensure that veterans' privacy and confidentiality are protected during treatment?

We take privacy and confidentiality very seriously at our Veterans Center. Our staff members are trained on the importance of maintaining privacy and confidentiality and are required to adhere to strict policies and procedures. Personal information is only shared with individuals who have a legitimate need to know and are authorized to access it. We also use secure electronic medical records systems to protect personal information.

Can you provide information about educational programs available for veterans through your department?

As a care home, we do not offer educational programs for veterans. However, our staff members can provide information and assistance with accessing educational programs available through the Veterans Affairs Department. This includes programs such as the Post-9/11 GI Bill and Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment.

Do you offer any guarantees or warranties for your services?

As a care home, we strive to provide the highest level of care possible for our residents. However, we do not offer guarantees or warranties for our services. We work closely with residents and their families to develop personalized care plans and continuously evaluate and adjust our services to meet their needs. We also have a complaints procedure in place to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

My father was in need of help and despite pressing his buzzer for assistance over and over it took someone 15 minutes to come to his aid. He was sat there in pain waiting for assistance. This is unacceptable! What would happen in an emergency?!

Not very welcoming when I phoned up and asked for information about the place, I asked about wheelchair access and was told I could only have one with me when I informed them I had two. Will look elsewhere

If I could put no stars I would. My Nanna was admitted here from hospital to help recover from a fall and she is now back in hospital worse than before. Harry Sotnick house admitted to being unaware she was a patient within the home, this was after being in isolation for 2 weeks. They were suppose to rehabilitate her and assess whether she was fit enough to go home. She is now immobile and no longer independent as she was before. Harry Sotnick neglected my Nanna, leaving her in bed to deteriorate so badly that before going into the home she was able to sit in a chair and now cannot do anuthing. They are suppose to look after our family members, we put our trust in them and this is how they treat them. Absolute disgrace!!!!!!!!!
