Night time is definitely the time to go. I'm not a huge Harry Potter fan but my partner is and she loved it. Hoping to see it return in 2023.

By far the greatest walk I've had around gardens in the dark. A fantastic feast for the senses with excellent light, projection and interactive audio visual displays. It's well organised and the staff are friendly and helpful. It takes around 1.5 to 2 hrs to walk around taking in the experience. Food and gift stalls halfway around and at the exit. These I found expensive and the whole site does not accept cash, which I find very disappointing.

A must visit for all Harry Potter fans! It's really creative what they have done out of just another forest in New York. The experience looks to capture most of the important events that happen in the Forbidden forest in the Harry Potter series, so that was really great! The marshmallows (you can even roast them on your own) and butter beer were really great. On Winter evenings, it gets really really cold, so dress as warm as you can! We noticed that the crowds reduce closer to 9pm. As others have suggested, some improvements can be made to the overall experience - staff clicking photos for couples (who do not have anyone else to click), including the neighboring lake for a dark lake experience and maybe better memorabilia to purchase.

Fantastic evening walking around the forest, my daughter loved it! Staff were extremely good throughout the forest, and the whole experience was definitely worth it. We took a flask of hot choc and some snacks with us but there are places to grab a drink, food or butter beer. Only thing that kind of ruined it was the bit at the end, after the shop, the sweet stall and marshmallow toasting. Great idea but probably overpriced especially just after the gift shop. Maybe sell as add ons to the ticket at a cheaper price possibly.

Beautiful experience, nicely done, but overpriced. The size of the event doesn’t justify £48 for an adult ticket. The event in itself was good, smoothly run and good for kids (our 7YO loved it). Would have been a 5 star review if tickets costed ~£25
