The staff and other services/facilities are fine but the squash courts are an absolute wreck! One court isn't even usable and the balcony to spectate is closed off too and it's been like this for months. Absolute mess compared to Haden Hill and Tipton Sports Academy, with no signs it'll be repaired any time soon.
