I have found Harry Masons really poor. Infact their aftersales if you have an issue is disgraceful. I bought a four out plymth with engines and since they have been fitted by innserve there has not been one day I regret buying them. Imagine a Cat squealing at the top of their voices every time you pour a pint. It drives me and the customers crazy. Had to pay for Masons to send out an engineer who blamed tech services who installed the sytem. To be fair if you are spending this type of money I would expect Masons to install it themselves. We have had 4 different cellar services out to fix the problem each one stating the cellar set up is spot on and its the equipment provided by Masons thats the problem. Masons said they will send another engineer at my expense which is awful aftersales. I wish I had not used masons. I would not recommend this company to anyone

As a fan of British beer, I was looking for a hand pull to tap my home brewed beer in proper style. Since those are hardly known and therefore not available in Austria, I seized the opportunity to visit Harry Masons showroom when I was on a trip to Birmingham. Back home, I ordered two Aston hand pulls - the ordering process was uncomplicated and the support, concerning questions about the hand pulls and useful accessory, was outstanding. After a few days the hand pulls were delivered and ready to be tried out. The hand pulls are real beauties! The installation was self-explanatory and most importantly: my beer tastes much better now.
