Very nice shop with a lovely selection of items but the owner is so rude. I was looking at their scented candles, obvisouly smelling them before buying, that's what everyone does. But I could feel the persistant look of the owner as if I wasn't allowed to touch anything. I finally picked a scent and chose the one at the back (to make sure it was brand new). I instantly heard the owner telling me they are all the same scent and that I don't need to pick the one at the back... really?? This is not a way to talk to customers, I was happy to pay for that candle but the way I was talked to literraly made me put the candle back on the shelf and leave. They just lost 2 customers who regurlarly visit Columbia road for the flower market (me and my friend) and we won't be back. Note to the owner: You should be thankful you still have customers coming to your shop on quiet weekday after a year of pandemic, please treat them with respect.
