Struggled to get a space and was on the lines due to another inconsiderate driver but attendant was helpful. Ticket got stuck in the machine and the help button was useless as the person on the end of the line said "sorry I cannot help you, find the attendant" we. Got out of the car park eventually. Car was safe which is the main thing. Just a faff......
