Love this GP practise, receptionists, doctors and nurses always very professional, helpful, knows their job, and always very respectful towards their patients! Been with this GP since 2015. 2 years ago moved out of area, but still stayed with this GP, as I am very happy with their service and its not too far from the point of travelling. But since my last 2 appointments I recieved very bad experience from the lady who works in triage team. Both times she been very rude towards me on the phone, attacking me, almost forcing me to change my GP into the area I live, speaking in very unprofessional manner with me! Second time she even brought me to tears, as I was very ill already and being pregnant 36 weeks. Myself I didn't felt well and my young children needed doctor check up too, but that lady didnt had any respect or concerns about my needs at all, her only concern was- why i am not changing GP! I believe that everyone has right to stay with their preferred GP until they are happy with their services and no one has no right to force someone to change their preferred GP! This lady put me through unnecessary stress and I don't think that I can go through this again, when next time myself or children will need appointment with the doctor. On the same time, I am really sad, if I will need to change my GP because of this disrespectful lady from the triage team, because I really was happy with every doctor and their services, i have 100% trust on them, I trust my and my children health to these doctors because till now, they never let us down! But on the same time, each time booking appointment, I can not go through humiliation by this women from the triage team! Feeling very very upset and powerless.

Worst GP ever!!!! One of the receptionist is always rude and I’m not going to even mention my appointment with the doctors…. I left there worst than before. Was the worst experience with nhs that I had in London.

Very hit and miss. Too much following up, calling, or having to physically go to the practice for basic things. There's usually a 15-30 minute wait on calls and then they are so eager to speed through the call that you don't say everything you need to say, or they're not really listening and the problem isn't resolved. Spending 20 minutes on call waiting just to talk for <30-60 seconds and ending in the same position leaves you feeling quite helpless / unheard. Every time reception has told me to call another party, the other party is always confused as they feel it should be the GP handling it (also - why am I doing so much admin for my own health? It's bizarre). There is a medication shortage so I'll run out soon, but I've been told that someone will call me within 48 hours *just* to set up an appointment. So it may be weeks before I can get a refill, but they don't seem concerned at all. Most of the actual doctors I've seen are okay to good, though.

Stay away from this GP!!! We've been their patients for years. All these years I have never got an proper appointment or treatment from them. But today I had enough I called for my daughter to be seen by doctor because she's been ill for 3 days. Filled an online form at 7am and finally after 6 hours a rude receptionist called me to arrange an appointment for TOMORROW even though i mentioned that my daughter isn't well. She said if I'm not happy I cpuld call 111 and they're have only 3 DOCTORS WHICH THEY'RE FULLY BOOKED😏 how comes whenever I call they FULLLLLLL. When I raise my voice for my right she hanged up 👏🏻

This is one of the worst possibly GP practice in London. You die/pain they dont care. You called them 100 times they still dont have appointments. can you believe it for 6 months tried to make appointment and had not any luck. My daughter is sick hospital tells take it to gp first you call them 3 days still no appointment. you people dont have any human feelings. On top of like your sickness/pain not enough you get told off by the receptionist like a child.
