Awful awful awful. Completely incompetent. Poor quality build. Windows aren’t fit for purpose and I’m 3 yrs in with 2 en-suites not usable and one main shower for 6 of us. The windows are all blown and silcone shrunk. Toilets leak and insulation missing in roofs. Customer service is an absolute joke and cannot get anything rectified. Cannot speak with managerial persons. Think you’re buying your dream home - think again, it’s a stress pit! Service: Home building

Do not use this company you will have years of snagging issues and a customer services that appear to be over run and accept rubbish workmanship. Too many issues to list. I have added some photos if a few issues. What a horrible company this is! Great until they have had your money you'll not see them for dust when it comes to rectifying your snags and we aren't talking a missing door hinge here we are talking major major major issues. They will be nice enough at first and then they start ignoring you! Be warned before you hand over 100's of thousands of pounds. Do your research there are thousands of bad reviews across the Internet the only good ones are from people who haven't handed over their cash yet and love the people in the sales office??? From a customer who has been in a Harron 'Hole for 20 months with a snagging list as long as your arm who is now preparing a legal team to deal with these thieves. Happy new home....not!
