Very rude, unhelpful, arrogant & lazy man sat behind the desk this morning 4/11/19, no help to my son & I whatsoever!!!!! We walked out & went to Mccarthy's self storage on Ripon road, what a difference, the lady couldn't have been any more helpful than she was, nothing was too much trouble.... Thank you Mccarthy's
