Poor level of service. I joined the Wednesday improvers. I had to pay for a year up front. They sell the session as wednesdays to go and play with some less experienced people. However, they fail to mention that they also usually double book 2/3 courts on Wednesday for experienced league play. That leaves 6-12+ people playing on a single court, meaning there’s a long wait to actually play. Furthermore, they allow all ages to the sessions, meaning that after waiting 20-40 mins to play, you may get paired in doubles with a 8 year old who doesn’t want to be there, leaving the session ruined and time wasted. These Wednesday evenings should be exclusive to the people who paid for the session and get these 2 hours once a week to play. There should be age restrictions at the session, and separate youth sessions so it alleviates the above issue. I went for 4-6 weeks. It wasn’t for me. I emailed the admin staff to ask for a refund and was ignored for 2 months. Then a guy responded, asked for my Bank details to refund me, and *edit* I finally did recieve a refund another month later.
