Came here after a 111 call, horribly infected non salvageable tooth extracted within 20 mins of arriving. So greatful for them helping me with my pain and were understanding and patient with my nerves and anxiety. Can’t fault them they deserve a lot of praise. Staff and receptionist lovely, I’m now healing well and thankful for the care I have recieved thank you so much.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to rude staff arrived 4 minutes late so they refused to take my tooth out because they didn’t have time and I’d apparently gone over my appointment time. Tried to call all the way their to let them know I would be running late only by 4 minutes no answer even though 4 members of staff was all sat behind the desk when I arrived chatting to one another. Not friendly rude staff

This place is dangerous for people to get fillings and/or get teeth removed. Went to the dental clinic, looked at outdated x-rays and was numbed only to find out that they got the wrong teeth. Absolutely unacceptable and do not recall a good experience with this clinic. Is this the usual standard for all patients? If considering to come here DO NOT this is a very unprofessional and dangerous place.

Anyone that knows me will understand my utter terror of going to a dentist, then it became an emergency, these people at Harrogate dental care have been utterly fantastic, from my first appointment, to get my denture plate fitted, I've felt at ease, calm and very well looked after. I cannot praise them enough. Definitely on my Christmas card list.

I had an emergency appointment due to severe toothache and needing the tooth removing. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and suffer with a severe form of anxiety so this was a huge trigger for me, Tom Pearson & nurse Suzanne made me feel so at ease, it was painless & I couldn’t be more thankful for them both making it as pleasant experience as it could be. Thank you both, if you’re a nervous patient, I highly recommend Tom & Suzanne.

It took me 4 hours on the phone and a 1 hour drive to get here. I can't eat or drink properly, and the dentist told me he wouldn't do the permanent work I need because it was an emergency NHS dental appointment. If the NHS would provide me with a dentists that doesn't have a 4 year waiting list of course I would be going to them. Absolutely awful NHS service.
