My laptop was taking up to 20 minutes to power up. Phil Jones at Harrogate Computers was recommended. I assumed he would try sell me a new expensive machine but I was pleasantly surprised when he suggested that I upgrade the HDD to a SSD - [had no idea what that meant]. All for a reasonable price, I now have a vastly superior machine courtesy of Phil. I have already recommended Phil to several friends and should I need any help with my computing needs I will always go back to Phil. He is a very knowledgeable and approachable expert and he even managed not to roll his eyes when I asked what must be daft questions. As will be appreciated, IT is not my strong point.... cheers
