It is busy and chaotic here most days. If you're waiting for a number 24 to pateley be prepared for a wait as the busses are few and far between. If you need a 1 bus to Knaresborough you are spoilt for choice. It's just not very clear which bus goes where. I'm forever seeing people asking 1 drivers if they go to St James retail park or aldi. These people aren't usually locals. There's far too many 1 busses for it to be clear. The b should be more often or not cancelled as often as it is as its the only one that does the busy eastfield route especially around school time when the school kids take over.

Buses can change from expected bay at the last minute which results in a rush from existing queue to new bay. You could have been waiting a long time ( services are cancelled with no information being passed to passengers) and end up at end of new queue with chance of no seats left particularly if previous bus didn't turn up, (which is common on some routes) which is hardly fair. Very difficult to move around the "station" as the route thru to the different stands is very narrow and usually blocked by passengers queing. There are no facilities on site.

Hate it, badly designed, badly run, terrible bus service and driver's have serious attitude problems, two bus companies always arguing while the customers and service suffer constantly!!! 😡👎
