I found that there were some lacking areas in terms of service. I had a request to keep my car in the parking spot a couple hours past my check out time, as I had a baby in tow and it was raining and I wanted to pick up a few things in town. I called the office and was kept on the phone while "they checked if it was OK" for an inordinate amount of time before I was told no. And only because the plumber was coming and he needed my exact spot... Nevermind the 5 (or more!) other spots sitting empty. I explained that and the response was a hard no. Once they have your money and your stay is over, you are useless to them. It would have been nice for them to have accommodated me, but so would a nice review.
