They kept in regular communication (even out of hours), and made me feel like I was working with people who genuinely had my vest interests at heart. To praise this company isn't a chore for me. Personally, having used them to try to sell my home (even though we decided not to sell in the end) they couldn't have tried harder. Recently I've been dealing with Chris through the Laptop For Schools scheme where Harrison's donated a laptop to the school I work for.
