Absolutely disgusted by the customer service, Called to get a quote for heating oil from this company. I have used this company a few times in fact the last 3 times I have needed oil I have used them, to be told I could not receive a quote as I ring round for the best price, and they are only giving quotes to loyal customers. I honestly cant believe they are trying to ostracized people for wanting a good deal on they're heating oil. I wonder if he sticks to the same utility company etc himself and doesn't look for the best deals regarding his utilities, insurance, and holidays etc. What an absolute joke!!!!!
