Rachel in particular was very professional, informative and went out of her way to help us through this terrible time. They helped us ensure that our son was laid to rest in the most respectful and loving way. We will be forever grateful.

When commencing my search for a company to take care of my father's final journey, I found it very difficult. There were no great reviews out there and it was a bit of a leap of faith, which is one reason I am keen to leave a detailed review. I spoke with several companies before coming across Harrisons and after talking to Rachel, I just knew dad would be in good hands with them. Instantly Rachel organised to meet us and from here on was in touch with us daily basis organising what turned out to be quite a difficult process. She liaised with the hospital and coroner, keeping us up to date each step of the way. Rachel made what was our most difficult task to date as pleasant as it could be. She walked us through the process step by step and was so patient, kind and caring throughout! A real credit to the company! The funeral day was magical and went without a hitch. Dave and his team were professional and understated, a great support without standing out and therfore let it all be about Dad and the family. The following week Dave attended the scattering of Dad's ashes and brought doves for the grandchildren to release. It was comforting seeing Dave again which is testament to the support we received from the whole team. I can not recommend Harrisons funeral home Highgate more, I hope not to need their services again any time soon, but when I do I will certainly be back!

The service they offered was perfect I can't thank them enough they was so professional and caring they kept contact throughout the sad time we was having.
