    We worked with Tim at Harrison Clarke and found: -Survey had in depth findings. -Saved us time from having to speak to multiple parties post move. Issues found we could either resolve ourselves or pass to solicitors for review. We even recovered most of the survey costs with works carried out before exchange so we paid essentially a fraction of the cost plus we had a useful Home Buyers Report. Note alongside a survey, solicitors also provide environmental report. The two together ensure you don't buy a home that becomes difficult to sell down the line.
