LAST EDIT - updated since I've now received two valves of the right type thanks to Mark from their customer relations. Original 1* review below. Bad service for mail order customers. My order for a spare valve for one of their shower bars never arrived. Even after raising a ticket, no explanation, no apology and no refund after a month so I got my credit card company to get the money back. EDIT. They tried to make amends by sending me the valve anyway as a gesture of good will .....unfortunately it won't fit my scudo shower.

Bought a tap from Tap Warehouse who were helpful but when the tap developed faults they pointed me to Harrison Bathrooms. Several emails and calls later, they’ve completely ignored my request for spare parts when the tap supposedly has a lifetime warranty. It’s only 3 years old. Inadequate quality and customer service unfortunately
