Absolutely appalling company to deal with if I could give them 0 stars then I would ! Ordered some pool lights from them over a year ago which I then found to be extremely overpriced. Subsequently ordered them elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Immediately cancelled my order with them. Then over a year later they have decided to send me a bill stating my account is overdue….. When I try to call them up to explain that it’s an error my account is not overdue. I never received the goods and immediately cancelled the order. They state you’re accounts overdue so you’ve been sent the letter. I would highly suggest you avoid this company non existent customer service, overpriced and can never get through to them on the phone.
