    Beautiful cherry blossom in around Mar and Apr, depending on the climate. You have to enter through the campus. So please do not think about getting off the bus near the garden and then entering from Pepper Ln or Wilderness Rd. A high fence will be between you and the garden. According to the Reading University, the Harris Garden is open to the public daily, but technically speaking it's still on campus, so please be respectful and responsible. :)
