  Francesca redesigned my heirloom ring. The experience was excellent; all done remotely. Francesca really understood what I was trying to achieve & listened carefully to the history of my ring & my Gran, & Great-Great Aunt from whom I had inherited the ring. Now, instead of having a ring stuck in a box in my drawer, I have a beautiful piece of jewellery that I love to wear & is always admired. I would highly recommend HK Bespoke Jewellery, & Francesca, if you are considering redesigning an heirloom piece.

  Professional and a warm welcome from start to finish. I went abit over my budget but because HK are the only ones who seemed to be able make my vision into reality, at standards I wanted. On top of this I turned up most of the time in work boots and covered in grout but at no point did I feel unwelcome or out of place at this ,what at I can only describeas a lavish high end experience. Thanks to Francesca and the team, you did me proud

  Absolutely perfect! After looking and looking for an engagement ring but never quite finding the right one, I am so glad to have found Harriet Kelsall. Chloe and Molly were super helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish, and we could discuss together during the consultation how the ring should be, even though (being very inexperienced with jewellery) I had multiple of different design types I was considering. I was sent a range of bespoke designs to choose from based on our conversation, and Chloe was more than happy to adjust the designs however I asked to make the perfect ring for my idea and budget. They took away all of the nerves when making such a big decision and made it a really fun process! It does not matter if you are abroad, HK can do everything via zoom/phone/email, and postage was smooth and secure with no surprises. And most importantly, the ring I received was exactly as promised, a beautiful design with great craftsmanship that she loves. You won’t be disappointed !

  Having my engagement ring designed by Beth at HK Jewellery has been an absolutely wonderful, unforgettable experience. I was immediately drawn to the methods and ethos of the company, as well as their gallery, which is why I first got in touch. My conversations with Beth were focused on both my ideal rings—the inspiration boards on the HK website were extremely useful–and what was possible within my budget. Her designs were so imaginative and inspirational, that the whole process then reached a different level. Suddenly I wasn't only choosing a ring, but designing something with layer upon layer of meaning and, oddly, learning about myself and my fiancé along the way: about the symbols that mean more to us than others, and why; the colour that had to be a part of it as opposed to those that I simply found attractive. Throughout, Beth patiently guided me and created perfect solutions until we arrived at a design and stone (a green sapphire) that is now a reality. I can't emphasise enough how much the process of this creation has added to the ring itself. I'm not an overly materialistic person but this is something I will treasure forever. My friends and family have been instantly wowed by the ring: 'crazy beautiful' is just one of their responses! I'd also like to emphasise that the whole team at HK seem to me very professional and really lovely. Alice has been a big part of the process for me, and the goldsmith and engraver have produced stunning work. Thank you, so much!

  Incredible experience at Harriet Kelsall. I was looking for a ring to be made to go with an existing family ring, and I now have the perfect piece. Kirsty was brilliant as a designer from start to finish. Super clear communication and she took the time to really understand what I was looking for. I absolutely adore the finished result.   Highly recommended. My wife and I had a lot of difficulty finding an engagement ring and wedding rings, that we liked and were practical. After reading a lot of reviews we started off with a Zoom call with Francesca Glos. The consultation went very well, working collaboratively with us, and listening very carefully. The designs were perfect and the completed rings better than we could have imagined. We can’t thank Francesca enough. Our design started off with a single stone I had already purchased, and the engagement ring was created around it. I was so happy with my wife’s engagement and matching wedding ring, I arranged for matching earrings for our wedding day. For some people the process may sound complicated, however the professionalism of the HK Jewellery team is just wonderful and they walk you through it all the way. Give them a try!

  Excellent throughout. One I found out about HK I couldn't look anywhere else for the engagement ring and wedding bands. Francesca did an amazing job guiding me through the process and making the best ring. The advice to help me avoid some mistakes was very appreciated! The communication was brilliant, even more so because of issues with time zones. Best of all, I really enjoyed the experience of the whole design and selecting inspiration boards.   My partner designed and ordered a custom engagement ring at HK. It took him six months to create it and I can say it was worth the wait! He was extremely pleased with the communication and support. He tried multiple jewelers before settling for HK and they truly created something unique! I am now a proud owner of a platinum ring, with different coloured sapphires, alexandrites and diamonds. It is tasteful, unique and extremely meaningful to us, as it incorporates our birthstones and the birthstone of our child. They also managed to work out the size perfectly and I still have no clue how they managed to do so, when I was completely in the dark about the whole thing. With an engagement ring this special we now have no choice but to design our wedding bands with HK!
