If you are looking to purchase your own bespoke jewellery, I recommend Harriet Kelsall and their team of incredible designers, engravers, gem pickers (everyone and all behind the scenes people too) who work seamlessly together to create a smooth and exciting experience around jewellery. You leave with the satisfaction that all your requests and ideas have been incorporated and with a comprehensive information/care package guide for your new jewellery. I own one of the most beautiful pieces of jewellery I could imagine, that finally looks how I want it to and if I ever get the opportunity to request more bespoke jewellery I will be returning. Their work and service is kind, considerate, and exemplary. They work with you to help you achieve what you want and can afford. I had wanted a ring redesigned and did extensive research into all the possible jewellers in London and around to look at portfolios of work and also what their past clients had to say. I chose Harriet Kelsall jewellers based not only on the many options their website has: the ability to create inspiration boards, browse their own curated collections, and view work by each individual jeweller at each location, but also because upon making contact with the team at the Primrose Hill branch I was given various options on how I would like to progress with this design process. I had a call with Tom to go over my circumstances and design ideas and by the end of the day I had an initial design and further details that exemplified what I could be achieving within my budget, the option to discuss further adjustments, finishes and features came later at an in-person meeting at the branch and once everything was confirmed I got to leave with a photocopy of the final design to show others (in colour) and was updated throughout the whole design process by Tom and Danique. I am so grateful and happy with my piece, thank you again to the team and individuals at Harriet Kelsall!

The rings were executed perfectly by craftswomen and men who we never met and it was their passion that turned simple metals into beautifully polished tokens of eternal love. I can't praise Tom Wilson and the team at Primrose Hill HK (and the workshop) highly enough. They very, very patiently sat with me through many meetings and advised me brilliantly on the process of transforming a diamond and sapphire Victorian brooch (that I had never worn in the 40 years I'd owned it, and was never going to) into an absolutely stunning necklace and ring set - that I will definitely be wearing! Tom redesigned my old engagement ring . I hadn't really thought what I wanted , only that I wanted it to look completely different. Tom was really easy to chat to and was great at picking up some of my thoughts, I mentioned one style and that was it, he just ran with it and had some brilliant design ideas but I felt so involved in the design as well. It really was very special and exciting. When my ring was finally ready, I was stunned at how beautiful it was , the original stones looked even more stunning and yet it was a completely different ring ; totally unique and looked amazing on my finger. From the drawings to the real thing , breath-taking. The quality of the workmanship on the ring has to also be noted, brilliant. I have also to comment on how friendly all the staff were as well as Tom , whenever I phoned or emailed; a very high personal, standard of service and the reaction to my ring by all of them, was a special moment too. I can't recommend HK Jewellery enough you will not be disappointed. Thank you Tom and all your team
