    Headlight fault came on my Outlander phev dashboard while still under warranty, but because it was during lockdown they wouldn't touch it. By the time lockdown was over the warranty had run out and they said I'd have to pay £1000+ for a new headlight cluster. Disappointed to say the least.

    Just bought a Kia Sportage from Harratts and the service from start to finish was fantastic. Ieva looked after us on both our visits and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. She didn’t pressure us in the slightest, even though there was a significant price difference between the 2 cars we were interested in, her only concern was that we got the right car for our specific circumstances and not the higher value sale.
