Amazing service from these guys. My AEG cooker element packed up Good Friday and no where in Basingstoke or Reading had the part. I messaged Harrop and gave them the model number they confirmed early Saturday morning they had the part and a quick drive down they checked the old element confirming it was dead and checked the new part was the same before we left their shop. My cooker works and no costly repair bill. Thank you so much you saved my Easter!!
