Organised email system for collecting your requirements and booking a video quote. I detailed in this form that ideally I'd like to move on a Sunday. When the video quote started I repeated this to the associate however he informed me that they work 6 days a week and it's not possible/reasonable to work on Sundays too and that I wouldn't find other companies to do this. His tone with me felt like this was a totally unreasonable request and as though I had intentionally planned this. Not long after he hung up without properly checking whether I wanted to continue with the quote. Whilst I totally respect the company's working hours I did not appreciate being hung up on and an unprofessional manner on the phone. ***** UPDATE ***** The owner of Harradines has since contacted me directly to apologise for the above and I have updated my review to reflect this.

We recently used Harradines for our move from SE London to Suffolk. Michael and the team, including the backroom staff, made the process painless, their friendly nature took away the stress completely. We had a number of large pieces, that required special crates. When they arrived on the day everything fitted perfectly. I cannot recommend Harradines enough, they are professional, and completely trustworthy, I would recommend them to all family and friends without hesitation.

I used Harradines removals for my move and I can only describe the experience as nothing short of incredible. Moving is something that can be quite stressful however the team at Harradines completely eliminated that factor for me. The team were so helpful and more than willing to help cater to my needs. The driver I had for the move was so good, very positive and polite which was greatly appreciated. Overall my experience was tremendous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. If you’re moving property, Harradines should definitely be your first call. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
