I cannot thank Harpwood for the love -care and support they gave my dad Sadly my dad lost his life on 4th April I was there for three week priory to be there for my dads last journey Harpwood have so much love - care and support and was there till my dad last breath I cannot thank all the staff for there care - love - understanding and compassion No one should have to go through this journey But sadly life has to sometimes to do this journey and Harpwood care home makes this so special

Management of the home were very uncaring. Staff were better and took more interest in mum. Sadly mum was taken into hospital and sadly passed away. To our amazement the management did not contact us to say how sorry they were for our loss. These things matter at such a sad time and are comforting but obviously didn't cross their minds. Hope the new home has a better management in place.

Residents seem happy enough, but the whole place needs a thorough professional clean as it absolutely reeks of urine everywhere, it's so strong I could actually taste it.

I do voluntary work there all day on Tuesday's. It's a lovely home with caring staff & the food is good & the rooms are clean & tidy. You can also sit outside in the summer. The grounds are lovely too.
