Unprofessional and no concern for the customer. Took a long time to schedule a visit. When the engineer did attended he was vague in his assessment, moody and seemed uninterested. As he is one of the directors it says a lot about this company. Agreed to all the work they recommended and have paid them hundreds of pounds to address a low water pressure issue. The issue is still unresolved but now they are refusing to do anything further and send argumentative replies to emails stating that "I don't believe them". Believe what exactly, as I had agreed to all the work they proposed?? Avoid.
