UPDATE: I ordered flowers from them again for my Mum's Birthday. I ordered online as I'm in the USA. They have a space on their form for order directions and I asked for the flowers to be delivered "Saturday Morning 29th April Please". When I got up at 6am US time, I contacted my Mum and with no sign of the delivery at 1pm I called the Kiosk only to be told that "oh we have gotten around to the online orders yet". What sort of business are you running there, if you're putting a section for directions from your customers on your order forms and not honoring them!!! Perhaps you need to check your online orders to see if there are some that need priority before just discarding them till later in the day! I didn't only spend a coupld of quid either!!!! A pretty poor show!! I ordered flowers online for Mothers Day at the beginning of March to be delivered today. I spent (in my opinion) a fair amount of money. I'm in the USA and by the time I'd checked with my Mum today around Midday or just after, they still hadn't been delivered. I work in the floristry industry here in the US and was surprised that they hadn't delivered them by lunchtime, as the order was put in a couple of weeks ago and I purposely chose today to avoid the Mother's Day rush. Once I called to chase them up, it was then delivered (around 1:30pmish) and my Mum was really pleased with the bouquet she received. Super happy with the flowers, but a little disappointed that I had to chase it up and that it wasn't delivered earlier in the day.

Made the catastrophic mistake of buying flowers on Mother’s Day. I really dislike it when I’m treated with contempt because I refuse to spend over £30 on flowers. I bought some white Texas Bluebells £3 a stem and I was given these two stems and 1/4 of a stem.

bad customer service. went during summer 2022. although it was the middle of summer, it was not too busy and there were around 3 workers. one was making a bouquet of flowers and was acting very snobby. when i asked how much a particular flower was, she looked me up and down, and told me the price and i had the feeling that she thought i couldnt afford them. which 1) the flowers are overpriced 2) nevertheless i had money i wanted to spend on flowers and wouldnt be standing there if i hadnt. she also kept walking right in front of me to carry on with her bouquet which seemed very rude as it gave me no chance to see the flowers up close. yet, she acted lovely to the other customers so im not sure if she was discriminating against me or what. p.s. im oriental asian and she also seemed oriental asian. just terrible. even my older sister felt uncomfortable. bad vibes and left to go SPEND my money at another florist nearby
