Very professional, I had to change my appointment time because I had a flat tire and they were very understanding. The appointment itself was very informative and the nurse was very helpful including the receptionist. My vitamin D levels were critically low and the nurse explained everything to me in detail and took the time to also recommend extra vitamin D supplements that she knows works very well. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and I am not someone who leaves reviews on places but this one was a must. If I could tip for services then I would have, I will definitely be back and will recommend to family friends and those viewing this review. They gave me more information on my vitamin d deficiency than my gp! Thank you Harpal clinic - Princess A

They are OK as long as you understand that you are not a patient but just a client. They only care about your money and will try to milk you as much as they can over time. Fortunately there are plenty of alternative providers who offer the same treatments and medications.

I’ve been going to Harpal Clinic for 2 months now and I’ve had such a positive experience with them each time! The reception team is lovely and my nurse Elizabeth is always the highlight of my visits (she’s kind, professional and you can tell she really cares about her patients). I highly recommend Harpal clinic for anyone looking for treatments!
