    If you a homeless this is a place to warm yourself up, and get some good advice. You can grab free hot breakfast, coffee, tea etc. I wish there was more places like that for the homeless people. Great work HARP 👏

    Harp is Southend's owe little Gem when it comes to being a Homeless person. They should be your first point of contact should you be so unfortunate as to become Homeless. After living on the streets for four years and with the help of HELPS committed councillors and other committed benefactors of HEARP homeless shelter I am now back in housing and working towards being a productive member of society again. Thank you HARP.
