Bought a used 16 plate R8 and the car had 2 major issues which wasn’t picked up in their “detailed inspection” one was the ECU with no Bluetooth for phone calls and the other is a large rattle on the window, service was also poor, avoid!

Purchased a new Audi from Harold Wood Audi earlier this year. The manager who made the sale - Hussain, made sure to make promises before making the sale and once it happened - disappeared. Really disappointed with customer service and this particular sales representative. Will not be coming back for my next car purchase or the service and will not recommend anyone to do so.

Got a brand new car which was not as described so essentially mis sold to me.. When i told the dealer this is not the correct specification , they did not want to hear it and don’t offer any help. Worst service ever. Have to go through the legal route to get my money back now! Won’t go back there anymore, or any of those dealers. Stay away from this place . .

I had an appointment with them, I left the car with them clearly described what the issue is and how to reproduce it (showed it to their technician) and after 2 months they did nothing. The car was just staying there, they did not find the time to look at it, so only thing I could do is just to come and get the car back with no job done. After 3 months of staying the battery was 100% out so before giving the car back to me they have had to charge the battery. This is not the service I've expected to get from Audi.
