I bought a Dale watch a few years ago and I absolutly love it. I actually went to see Paul in the workshop in Lincoln to pick a watch and he was brilliant and very generous with his time showing us the various ranges, sharing his expert knowledge, talking to us about the history of the design and manurfacturing. He went totally above and beyond to explain the ethos, and vmade sure I loved what i got! Comms after purchasing was superb and the bespoke made watch came swiftly, its a gorgeous piece that i've loved wearing for a number of years. Recently i even got back in touch with them for some help to replace a worn strap which they incredibly generously did themselves by taking the watch back, fitting a strap they had, and sending back to me - blown away by the quality of both their products and their customer serivice. I love the fact that Paul is one of the few making british watches and hope many support him to continue his great work. Many thanks indeed.

I have sent my Harold Pinchbeck watch back for repair twice now within the 5 year warranty period. Both times I have had no explanation about the issue or what was done while they had the watch. The second time I sent it back because the winder fell out of the watch. The only contact I received from Harold Pinchbeck was an email remarking solely on the fact that my watch needed cleaning. I've just received the watch back, with no note, call or email and it still doesn't work! Very disappointing. The watch quality and customer service levels are very low in my experience I'm afraid. This is made worse by the fact that the watch was a gift, so it's highly embarrassing for all parties involved.
