I couldn't recommend the team at Harold P Heywood enough , Michael was fantastic arranging my Dad's funeral, I had very specific requests & Michael made sure everything was dealt with sensitively and was exactly how I wanted. Thank you Michael for your care,guidance and support you showed me when I had to plan my husband's funeral. You gave me advice as I never planned a funeral before,you were so kind and helpful. My husband's funeral was from start to finish was beautifully done. Michael,even though I was dealing with the sudden death of my husband was there for me whenever I needed him no matter what time of day or night taking away some of the stresses I was going. So once again Michael and your team thank you for everything,Chris's funeral is still talked about as one the best funerals people have come to. Mum had already decided that she wanted to use Harold P. Heywood to arrange her funeral that was not the difficult part. The difficult part was leaving our mum to be looked after by others before she was laid to rest with our Dad. We need not have worried. From the first time we met Michael we knew that Mum had made the perfect choice. Michael was kind, caring and compassionate we found him and his team to be professional at all times. He promised to treat mum with the respect and dignity that she so deserved and we had no hesitation about leaving our dearly loved mum in his and his team's care. We are 4 adult children who all had something different that we wanted as part of the funeral arrangements /service and Michael and his team were able to facilitate all our wishes. On the day of the funeral we did not have to think at all about what we needed to do or where we needed to be. Michael was the perfect director- ensuring that every little detail was taken care of just as Mum and we had wanted.The day was a truly perfect send off for our mum, lots of tears and lots of laughter.The saddest day really couldn't have gone any better for our family. The before, the during and the after care given by Michael and his team has made our enormous loss a little less painful. So thank you to Michael and all at Harold P. Heywood.

Michael and his team really did go above and beyond and helped us deal with mum's final journey with so much dignity. The chapel of rest is a beautiful place where we could visit mum and feel at total ease. Nothing was too much and nothing felt rushed along.
