I have dealt with Harnham twice. The first time I was dealing with Krishen Patel who was very helpful and dedicated to finding the right role that suits my needs. The second time was an extremely negative experience. Dealing with Jamie, who was rude over the phone and not understanding of my needs or interests. There was a lack of communication and was not a reliable person to be dealing with. In short, depending on who you are dealing with will dictate the experience. For this reason I have given a 3* rating.

Waste of a call repeating questions showing his effort at recollection. Then reuben sent a stinker email repeating the same questions addressed during the call. Would avoid this bad agent.
