Really happy with service harmony funeral care provided for my Chacha in Bristol. Despite being in different cities which did give me some anxiety to how it would be done it did not make any difference and everything was managed very well and efficiently . The day went smoothly and as planned. Thank you again for a personalised, warming and humble service. When you lose a loved one it’s so important that the send off we give them is prefect as it can feel like the last thing we do for them. This funeral service was amazing. They were extremely helpful and had really good communication. They looked after everyone not only on the day of the funeral but every other time leading up, reassuring us they were there for us. We felt we could call them at any time and helped us sort out everything for the day of the funeral. They were respectful and did not rush anything on the day of the funeral and everything was done peacefully and how we wished for it to be. Me and my family are extremely grateful for their service. My Grandad passed away on New Years Eve 2022. This was a very tough time as this was a bank holiday weekend. Our local funeral directors did not have availability until the end of January. I then contacted Harmony who instantly gave us a date we were happy with. I would like to thank Lorraine from Coventry, especially for her professionalism and her support throughout. She was fantastic is organising the collection of grandad from one funeral directors and brought him into their care. They showed true empathy and updated us along every way. We went to dress and wash grandad and we had the best support on hand. Harmony’s timing on the day of the funeral we’re second to none and we’re very thankful We highly recommend and appreciate Harmony

My family and I are deeply grateful to Harmony Funeral Care for all their care and support with our dear mother’s funeral. They ensured that our mum got a great send-off. From the moment they collected my mum’s body from our home to the collection of the ashes, the staff were very kind and supportive. Ekroop and his colleague who came to collect my mum’s body were incredibly respectful and empathetic. The little things made a big difference from Lorraine chasing the paperwork from our family doctor to Nav keeping us fully informed about how the day of the funeral was to go. Lorraine was especially caring and kind, and infinitely patient with my questions as there seemed to be so much to sort out in the week of the funeral. The funeral directors washed, dressed, and presented my mum beautifully, and gave us ample time to sit with her the day before the funeral. They treated her with great respect and dignity. On the day of the funeral, the timings were exemplary and the support we received at home during the Hindu ceremony was deeply appreciated as it was such an emotional time. Mani, the funeral director who accompanied us throughout the funeral ceremony was incredibly empathetic and patient with us as we were running a bit late. He made sure we managed to complete the speeches and the final ceremony at the crematorium properly, despite being rushed by the crematorium staff. Thank you Mani for all your Sewa - much appreciated! And deep thanks also to Nav, Lorraine, Ekroop and the rest of the team. We can highly recommend Harmony Funeral Care.
