It’s like magic, I walk in for a treatment and float out at the end of the session. Emma is helping me manage a rare hereditary immune disorder. By the end of the first treatment my pins and needles had gone. Subsequent sessions have improved my energy levels, lessened the hot sweats, given me relaxation and hope. Wow. I’ve suffered with tension headaches for well over a year. Having them at least 3 times a week and constantly not been able to sleep because of them. Never had this type of treatment before but I was immediately put at ease and walked through what would happen. My treatment was pain free and I walked out of there like a different person. I felt amazing. Then over the coming weeks to have no headaches was unbelievable. I honestly can’t recommend Emma enough. I really didn’t think Accupuncture would have such amazing results!

I've suffered from tension headaches all my adult life and could not get to the bottom of what was causing them. After a particular painful month long headache, I was desperate to find a solution so looked for an alternative treatment. I was recommended Harmony Acupuncture in Leeds and I'm really glad I did. Emma is fantastic; she makes you feel really welcome and comfortable. Emma took me through a thorough consultation before we started the acupuncture. I found the whole experience very relaxing and wasn't at all anxious about the needles. Emma also recommend some other things I could try to help eliminate the headaches. After a course of treatment, I feel a whole lot better and haven't had a headache for weeks. I feel like a different person. I would definitely recommend Emma to anyone who is struggling with long-term pain.

I started to look into acupuncture in Leeds after researching natural remedies to help with fertility treatment. Harmony appealed to me as the website had a lot of information about treatment for infertility and was linked with Zita West fertility specialists. Emma was very welcoming, friendly and extremely thorough in taking down all my medical history, she knew so much about acupuncture fertility and I immediately felt that I could trust and talk to her. Although I didn't feel much different physically at first, when it came to going through clomid treatment and then onto IVF, I found it relatively easy and put this down to starting the the acupuncture treatment beforehand as well as all the advice from Emma. The acupuncture was tailored to compliment my medical treatment and after a few sessions the points were becoming stronger but not painful and I felt like I could physically feel the benefits of treatment - it was also great to relax during treatment. I was successful after my first attempt at IVF! There is no pressure to book again, just recommendations but I have decided to continue with it to help me through pregnancy and would recommend to anyone who has fertility problems to try.
