We were so very lucky to find Jade to teach us how to train our very challenging pup! She has a wonderfully positive and upbeat personality, and we as a family looked forward to her lessons. In fact, we were very dependent on her in the early stages, as we were struggling to cope. But Jade managed to calm us and was clever in her teaching methods. She is very knowledgeable about dog psychology and modern training methods, and very clear with her instructions. She always followed them up at once with really helpful notes. She was always so patient and generous with her advice and time. Our puppy just adored her and learned so much. We trusted her completely and we liked her enormously as a person. She made such a difference to us and to our pup.
