    Worst experience ever, the staff member 'in charge' on Sunday 2th July 2021 from 7.30pm onwards, left hundreds of members of public stranded for many many hrs, after train being terminated there due to floods and fallen 'tree' , many managed to get to get lifts but around 30 of us were still there until gone 11. 30pm,and later, myself and friend took it upon ourself to help others to get home, the 'staff member' pretended to be helping organise transport for many getting back to Norwich, but in fact he did NOTHING!! he lied, I made 6 calls to Greater Anglia, plus all surrounding taxi firms and 4 calls to youngs coaches, whilst my friend also made 6 or more calls to greater anglia Aswell, he was NOT helpful what so ever, he refused to arrange anything, even though we were on the phone to a lovely man on the phone to greater anglia, named Billy, he was very helpful but was being Ignored by the Harlow staff member, insinuated we were lying!!! And that Billy wasn't who we said he was, he doesn't deserve to keep his position, we'll done Billy...
