The powers that be that work within this corrupt organisation should have been taken to task ages ago. I moved to Harlow in the 70s when the council provided a great service, I even had a drink in their bar at the top of their building. Now they should be ashamed of how they fail the people of Harlow in deed and lack of action

Walked into the Civic centre to tell them about a rat sitting in the hedge by the Water Gardens - was told by the guy behind the counter “nothing to do with the Council - it belongs to the Water Gardens. asked whether he would phone them to let them know “no was the answer - nothing to do with us- the land doesn’t belong to the Council so I can’t help you” - I just stared at him and eventually he said I can give you the phone number “ which he did - I phoned the Water Gardens who promised to get somebody out there right away Well done Harlow Council Jobsworth - obviously far too difficult a task to make a phone

I wish to complain about the level of threat included in reminders for paying bills. 99% of the time I pay on time a few days late and you start getting really nasty letters with threats about legal proceedings, losing the right to pay monthly etc etc. I had already paid the bill by then and felt it was totally unnecessary for this attitude

Vile people that leech off the backs of innocent people, they have done nothing but lie to my family and scratch their arses while we begged for help that they said they would provide. Lazy, inconsiderate, rude and useless The fact years of my families life has gone to waste to expand their wages and fuel their egos sickens me. They deserve to rot for what they've done to the people of harlow.
