After an incredibly pleasant trip to HSSH, I wanted the staff and the public to be aware of how amazing they all are there. I also wanted to thank them for my experience of my first surgery as an autistic man. From the get-go at Harley Street Specialist Hospital, me and my family were greeted by the friendly and enthusiastic receptionist, who immediately worked hard to see if there was anything we needed or wanted. He spoke to us about many things while performing his duties but he was polite, kind, and funny all whilst working with us to guide us. Once I was called into the pre-surgical bay, I was met with Diana, who was a lovely woman with a fantastic work ethic. She was keen to make me feel comfortable and at ease before my surgery while also doing her job, going above and beyond to provide a stable environment. I found myself laughing and forgetting that I was even here for surgery. There were some complications to my surgery, and I did aspirate fluid in my lungs but this was nobody's fault - the team of Diana, Antonio, and Doctor Sandy, worked beyond compare to help me and make sure I was okay and stable enough to go home. Not only that, but my surgery was meant to be a daycase and they stayed with me for more than twenty four hours just so that I'd pull through and stabilise. I cannot thank them enough for the way they handled it. They were all so compassionate and understanding of my disability as well, and really took time to talk to me when I was having moments of upset, never flinching if I vomited or if my SATS dropped. I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic, and I sincerely hope that they all know what a stellar job they did for me. Thank you everyone :) Alexander Bates

Had a hip arthroscopy at the HSSH yesterday with Professor Griffin and team. The service was fabulous from all the staff. Andy on reception was a class apart, and saw problems before they came up and resolved them. He made our stay much easier. We'll done great service and hip repairing nicely! 👌

I was admitted yesterday for a knee surgery and I have received the absolute best level of care in this establishment. From the receptionists to the physiotherapist and surgeons, the service has been fantastic! Special thanks to my nurses Antonio and Alejandro who have been so attentive and kind that they made a painful experience really lovely to bare. AMAZING.

I recently had my final wrist surgery at the Harley Street Specialist Hospital and was thoroughly impressed with how efficiently the hospital was run. Upon arrival, I was immediately escorted downstairs and seen by a brilliant nurse who clearly explained what would happen. I did not have to wait long before I was taken into the operating theatre. The surgery was done by the fantastic Mr Berber and Mr Singh, who removed my metal plate and k-wire. I have already commented on Mr Singh’s outstanding care in my review of the London Independent Hospital, so would like to mention Mr Berber. Mr Berber has gone above and beyond to ensure I have had the best possible outcome. He is professional, compassionate and an excellent communicator. He really took the time to break down each part of the surgery to me, which put me at ease. Together with Mr Singh, he has restored a level of mobility in my wrist which I feared would not be possible. The difference this final procedure has made to my life is substantial and I would like to thank Mr Berber again and the wonderful team at HSSH.

I had shoulder surgery today with Dr Ali Noorani. His wisdom and character was abundant throughout each of our pre-surgery, appointments and pre-operation. As a whole my experience at the Harley Street specialist hospital was magnificent and felt well looked after and in very safe hands throughout the whole of my time there. You get what you pay for, or in my case what my insurance company dutifully paid for. 5⭐️
